The area is set to become a mixed-use development, including residential and commercial space, with plans for thousands of housing units, hotel rooms, and commercial spaces. The River District will also preserve over 500 acres of land.

Developers expect that the project will have a significant impact on the region's economy, including the creation of more than 20,000 jobs and generating $2.3 billion in annual economic impact. The ambitious project is being led by Lincoln Harris and Crescent Communities and will be completed in phases over the next ten years.

The River District is set to transform the region and is an exciting development to keep an eye on. Stay tuned for updates as the project progresses and the area takes shape. With so much to offer, it is sure to attract both residents and businesses looking to be a part of this thriving new community.
